Bought a used car here. In September 2025 I purchased a used 2018 Audi Q7 from this dealership. During test drive the car was great. The salesman informed they provide a dealer backed warranty on engine and transmission for first 6 months/6,000 miles. I specifically asked if the vehicle was thoroughly inspected, and was told yes that they fully inspect their used vehicles. I also have inspection sheet claiming no issues. Within 800 miles of driving the car, it became apparent that the car was burning through oil very fast. Since still under the warranty, I took the car to Crown service department. The car was there for several days. I did not receive any calls or texts about what diagnostics found, or any recommendations they had for the concern. I called a few times and eventually someone sent me a text informing the technician was still performing an engine flush, and the vehicle would be ready in a couple days for pick up. I was extremely confused because I had no idea that they had made any determination from diagnostics, and I never was consulted asking my permission to perform a chemicals engine flush on the vehicle. The only response I received to this was that I did not need to pay for it. This was a huge issue because this is not an Audi approved procedure for symptom of oil consumption. It is also an extremely risky to perform on an engine with almost 100,000 miles. The receipt shows this was approved by the dealers used car salesman, very concerning. I asked if pressure tests were performed to which they texted back yes and that there were no vacuum issues. Long story short, after this engine flush, the engine misfired. I brought it back to Crown and was told to take the car elsewhere as they are mechanics for Mercedes, and I needed to have an Audi mechanic look at it as they knew the issue is with the pistons. I took to an independent Audi certified mechanic who did pressure test and bore scope the engine. The engine has extreme cylinder pitting and scoring, failed piston rings, excessive vacuum pulling oil into the combustion chamber, and blown engine mounts. The engine has completely failed, and needs replacement. No repair other than replacement will fix it. I am currently trying to seek resolution with the dealership, however their warranty company has denied the claim for “normal wear and tear”. The car likely was sold with serious engine damage, which violates Ohio consumer sales law, and with their attempt to cover this up, they chemically altered the engine without my consent, and made damage worse to the point I can’t drive the car. I have only had it three months. Extremely upset. They have yet to respond with a resolution to my email requests.

Purchased a used 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio in 2022. Shortly after purchase I noticed several panels in a different shade black than the other panels. After contacting the Dealer they told me it was cosmetic damage from transport. Later I found out the car had been in two accidents (I have papers that tell me so). One accident on 10-14-2020, the next day it was at the dealership yet this accident is not on the carfax or anywhere else. Again contacted the dealership and the response was the same. The Dealership is deceiving the clients, selling them damaged cars and taking no responsibility. The car has been fixed with used parts from a salvage lot. The VIN tags have been carefully moved to the replaced parts. One door is missing a VIN sticker. This door also is not a door for this year/model Stelvio. The electric connector is not fitting well. The entire passenger side is a different shade of black. The Bumper and headlight have been replaced and I believe the frame is slightly bend. Hence the sunroof not closing correctly and leaves a tiny gap that whistles when you drive. Takes some manual care to close it enough to make it stop. It also stops me from opening a sunroof. Let alone possible water leaks. The dealership ignores all facts. Even after filling a BBB claim. Filed a claim at the Attorney General of Ohio, Ignored it again. Had an Attorney send a demand letter, again ignored. These people do not care about the customer. After the sale you are on your own. I believe strongly that the car was previously owned by an employee of the dealership, he told me this on the phone plus I can place him in a black 2018 Alfa Romeo stelvio. These people are brazen. Ruthless and have no respect for the customer. All they want is the sale, after that you are trash. I have paperwork for the accidents. The latest carfax. DMV History Report. Autocheck report. And a citation for a speeding ticket which I presume is the previous owner. As a last note Before my purchase the vehicle was a lease vehicle. Both accidents happened while it was leased. When a vehicle is leased damages should be repaired with OEM parts and reported. The dealership fines you for damages done to the vehicle and if it is not repaired accordingly. They therefore violated the Lease agreement.

the staff at Crown Mercedes were excellent. Lilly Mylett and Konstantinos were eager to help us in every way possible. Throughout our purchase Lilly was so friendly. My wife and i felt as if we sat with an old friend discussing everything aside from our car purchase. It was a totally enjoyable experience.

I recently purchased a Mercedes GLC, my first time purchasing a luxury car, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and pleasurable the experience was due to the excellent service provided by Mr. Konstantin Chumak. Konstantin took us around and showed us several of the GLB vehicles we had initially inquired about. After reviewing them and test driving, Konstantin recommended we try the new 2023 GLC since it would save me money. (The new GLC already included all the upgraded features I was going to have to pay extra for if I was to purchase the GLB.) Additionally, when it came time to purchase the vehicle, Konstantin, as well as the GM-Mr. Eric Hoffman, worked with me on a financing solution so I could purchase the vehicle at the beginning of a holiday weekend. It truly was a quick and wonderful experience. We came in late one afternoon and paid for and picked up the car the next afternoon! I'm not rich by any means but Crown employees treated me as such. I was able to get my vehicle serviced even though I didn't have an appointment. A vehicle I expected to do without over the holiday weekend was returned to me the very next day. I can't tell any difference in performance but I guess that's why we shop at Crown. Great dealership with great products and employees. What more can I ask for?

Routine service has to be scheduled well in advance, but once you're in they're attentive, no waiting around, they keep you informed of the status of the repair, friendly, excellent loaners if you need one, and job is done right. It's a great experience. Bryan Moser has been my service rep.
