Overall great car buying experience thanks to Jared Sturgill. I came out of state for the vehicle since none of the 5 MB dealers in my local area had the vehicle with the specs I wanted. Took our car in for service and when we picked it up we noticed some damage above the left wheel well. Our service was handled by Shengqian Saguisi and he quickly had the dealership take care of the damage. His help turned what could have been a huge hassle into a small bump in the road.

Overall, service was good- timely, responsive, expensive but thats to be expected. The service manager, Dave, was great! Very pleasant to work with.

Taking a car into the dealer's service garage is a dubious move for most. Fortunately, Tyler Hills at Crown Mercedes-Benz in Dublin Ohio is my service advisor. Tyler is the main reason I'm there. Tyler is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and balances having the customer's back and being a good employee for Crown Mercedes. Working with Tyler is a pleasure. While I don't always like the news I get, as this time a Mercedes-Benz software recall caused further damage to my car that Mercedes-Benz should take care of financially, Tyler works hard to make servicing my car a good experience. I have other service options. However, choose to use Crown for my maintenance needs. Primary because of Bryan. He seemingly makes me feel as if I am his most important customer. I imagine he treats all of his customers like thiswhen ready for a new car. I will return to Crown because of Bryan.

The service department at Crown is top notch. Dave Kohler is our service manger and he always takes great care of us from getting us a loaner vehicle to making sure the service is preformed quickly.

Couple of weeks ago I bought certified GLC 300 from Crown Eurocars. Salesman Dan Boshkovski kept me up to date since vehicle came and went into service for certification process and things that being worked on. Once the service is done Dan took a personalized video and sent it to me personally describing the vehicle. I took few days time to schedule my visit as I am from Cincinnati. Went to visit the showroom as scheduled and Dan was all professional in presenting the vehicle and financial things. Process went really well. Picked up the vehicle after 3 days of my initial visit. Shengqian Saguisi always gives me personal attention, and looks for ways to save me money by offering coupons when available. I never have any trouble booking a prompt service appointment, as well as getting a very nice loaner car with a flexible return time as needed. I also appreciate the free car wash, as well as being able to pull into the service area without an appointment for simple things like air in my tires or a new battery for the key fab. I have confidence that I am being taken care of, which is why I stay with Crown Eurocars of Dublin.
