We have been a customer of Crown Mercedes for more than 15 years, three different cars. Everybody at the dealer is always courteous and professional. Last week, our car was hit while parking in an indoor garage. We drove the car to have the service manager, Shengquian Saguisi took a look before the insurance agent's examine. Since 1993 I have purchased a number of MB's from Crown. All have been serviced there, as well. Their Service Department is top notch. Example being my 1993, 190E, purchased new and serviced at Crown, was driven to 290,000 plus miles, before I retired it after 19years of driving. At times, in our family, there were 4 MB's in the driveway. All from Crown. On my last visit to the Service Department, Shengqian Saguisi, quickly had my wife's MB assessed for needed service, and advised on a schedule, convenient to everyone. Shengquin has shown that he has the best interest in mind for the safety and satisfaction of Crown's loyal costumers.

I can't say that I would typically choose a dealer based just on the service department, but the service department at Crown Mercedes in Dublin, Ohio is good enough to make that a significant factor in my decision on where to purchase a car. In my every interaction with them, with my current car as well as with previous cars I have owned, I feel genuinely welcomed when I come in for service, and my service rep, David Kohler, watches over my car as if it were his own. On some occasions I have waited for my car to be serviced. The lounge is comfortable and well appointed, providing plenty of room to relax or get some work done. On other occasions, I have taken advantage of the available loaner. The loaners are clean, new models, allowing me to have the experience of driving a car I might not otherwise experience. The decision to purchase from, and have my cars serviced by Crown Mercedes is a conscious choice -- not a matter of convenience. Crown is a little over an hour away from my home. There are other closer dealers -- one just 10 minutes from my home -- but I am a "car nut" and I don't trust my vehicles to anyone who isn't as enthusiastic as I am about cars. The icing on the cake, when I have a service visit, is the chance to "talk cars" with David Kohler. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and well informed. As I shake his hand before I leave, I am always sure that I've made a good choice.

Took my Mercedes E350 to Crown Eurocars for a new battery and an oil change. Shengqian Saguisi was my advisor and made the process simple. I waited in the customer lounge while the services were completed. The final bill was a little high but it is a Mercedes which is expected. At least I got some good coffee and a snack. I did feel like my business was appreciated and my car runs great.

David Kohler is a professional Service Manager that knows how to treat the customer right. My baby (2005 CLK 500) is getting up in years but David knows how to take care of whatever is needed. Crown in Dublin is a first class organization and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave Kohler has always given us the best service of any service manager we have ever dealt with. I consider him not only a very competent and professional individual but a close friend. We are on a first name basis. He thoroughly explains every aspect of the prospected repairs on our Mercedes vehicles but follows up by phone if something unexpected occurs. He suggests alternatives and tells me what service can be postponed and how long. This provides a timeline for budgeting. He stays in constant contact and notifies us if the repairs need to be extended. He is a great guy!

I recently had to have an unexpected service completed on my new Mercedes-Benz which ended up taking four weeks to complete. Despite the unusual circumstances surrounding the length of service, I am compelled to report that working with both Todd Johnson and Ken Stuart resulted in a seamless positive experience at Crown Mercedes-Benz. At intake, Todd's kind and friendly demeanor put me at ease immediately. I was impressed that he took enough time with me to completely understand the issues. He exhibited total professionalism and had me out of there and into a loaner in an incredibly efficient manner. He and others kept me updated on the progress of the service and when I was required to switch out loaner cars, Ken made sure the process was fast and convenient. When I picked up my car Todd expedited the process having all the papers ready, reviewing the service and having my vehicle pulled up immediately. There was no complicated loaner assessment or lengthy outake process resulting in literally zero unnecessary wait time. In an age where customer service is often the primary differentiating factor between businesses, it is clear to me that the people at Crown Mercedes know what it takes to successfully ensure an excellent client experience. I have had a few issues since I bought my GL450, which I, of course, wasn't expecting. Having Shengqian Saguisi as my service advisor has been nothing short of a blessing. He is extremely professional, very diligent, and gets things taken care of. He looked after not only me, but also thought of my family by putting me in an ML (which was the largest size loaner vehicle they have). I have to say that between all of our vehicles, which include BMWs and Audis, Shen has, by far, the best service experience I've had at any dealership... period!
