Unfortunately first time ever the crown service department did not sound like I can trust them with what they suggest so I took the car to other mechanics. To my surprise others suggested the services requested by crown were not necessary. This is the first in so many years I had brought my cars over to crown. some things are changing and I do not like it.

1 Star Extremely Disappointed with Service Experience
I brought my vehicle to Crown Eurocars of Dublin for service and was extremely disappointed with the experience. My service advisor, Dave Kohler, came off as completely uninterested no eye contact, no real communication, and no sense of professionalism. It felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously from the start.
What's worse is how Crown Eurocars as a dealership handled the situation overall. Even after following up, there was no accountability or care shown, and it seemed like they just brushed off the issue instead of trying to make things right. It's frustrating to see a Mercedes-Benz dealer operate this way and allow this type of behavior to represent their brand.
I expected honesty, respect, and transparency none of which I received. I definitely wouldn't recommend Crown Eurocars of Dublin based on my experience.
