We purchased a 2026 GLS 580 and was told by the salesman that this vehicle has the option of all-season tires. After dropping the vehicle for service I was informed that they were not available. I left messages for the sales manager a couple of times with no return calls. Very disappointed, with their integrity.

I had declined the proposed service here. After that, the service advisor became frustrated and insisted I return the loaner immediately. I returned it, collected my car, and drove straight to Mercedes-Benz at Easton. On the freeway, immediately after picking up my car, the fender liners came loose, scraping underneath the car and causing significant damage. Easton inspected the damage and contacted the Dublin shop. According to the Easton team, Dublin’s mechanics acknowledged that they had been rushed and had not properly reassembled my car before returning it to me. Easton’s advisors described the car as borderline unsafe to drive. I now have an estimate for over a thousand dollars to repair the damage caused by Dublin. My attempts to resolve this with the Dublin service center have been ignored. I’m asking the dealership to take responsibility and cover the repairs needed to correct the damage caused by returning my car improperly reassembled. A customer should be able to decline service and still receive a car that is safe to drive. I want this dealership to make this right. Please contact me.
