The next day after my service. I opened my hood I found my maf sensor unplugged and hand rag down on the motor. Also that same night my radiator fan seemed to take forever to cut off after driving.
Thankful I purchased the extended warranty through Crown Kia, had to have the transmission replaced and Crown did a wonderful job!
It was a challenge being without my truck for so long, but appreciate the rental and courtesy vehicles that were provided for me.

During a family trip to FL, we scheduled service at another GMC dealership, only to be informed the maintenance needed would be about four hours (and I could tell it was likely going to be longer than that, even with an appointment). So I decided to leave and scheduled service for Crown the next day. Sooooo incredibly glad I did. Seeing their review ratings gave me a sense of assurance before stepping foot inside. Once we did, I could easily see why they are currently at 4.9 stars. George was amazing!! Not only was he accommodating, but he did everything he could to make sure we were well informed of the progress along the way and helped get our family of four out in less than the original three hours quoted. Not to mention, when there was additional items uncovered (that were not detrimental to the operation of our vehicle), we were advised to have it taken care of when we return. There were no high pressure tactics to get us to have more work done (than was truly needed). Simply because of that, if we had the extra time, I would've asked them do that maintenance as well!! The atmosphere was inviting and friendly. If we ever need work done again, and are in the area, 100% we'd intentionally go out of our way to visit them again. Top notch!

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly without feeling rushed. They explained everything clearly and didn't try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, too. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free experience, and I'll definitely be coming back for future service.

They tried lying on their invoice and over-billing me. When I disputed the charges, they got rude and tried retaliating. I had to file formal complaints with the county and state in order to get my car back without paying them the outrageous over-inflated bill. Once the county and state got involved, my out of pocket expenses went down by more than 86% on the invoice.
