This dealership returned my brand new car with less than 1000 miles to me with fingerprints and oil splattered all over the engine. I picked up the car after 5 days of repair to no gas in the car, no car wash or detailing was done. The service advisor happily told me to return the car, pick up a loaner and they would correct everything. 'Well, 4 days later again and I pick up the vehicle to which the repair and clean up of the engine had been done, but again, the car was re4turned to me with no gas or detailing. Not to mention the fact that the dealership did not inform me that they were not an in network provider, therefore, the warranty company charged a $350 deductible instead of the $100 the warranty company asks for in network repairs. The dealership ultimately honored the $100 deductible, but they should have informed me that they were not in network. Who would have thought that a Buick dealership would not be in network for a Buick repair? George the service advisor was very apologetic and made everything right in the end, but it should have been done right in the first place. I will not be returning to Crown Buick for my future repairs or service.

Terrible. Was sold a 3 pack of deisel oil changes and was told it included checking and refilling all fluids and upon completion asked about the DEF and was told the only fluid they top off is windshield washer and it doesn't include tire rotation either and upon complaint was told I was not party to the conversation but that's all the package includes. Very unhappy will not go back after package used.

The next day after my service. I opened my hood I found my maf sensor unplugged and hand rag down on the motor. Also that same night my radiator fan seemed to take forever to cut off after driving.

During a family trip to FL, we scheduled service at another GMC dealership, only to be informed the maintenance needed would be about four hours (and I could tell it was likely going to be longer than that, even with an appointment). So I decided to leave and scheduled service for Crown the next day. Sooooo incredibly glad I did. Seeing their review ratings gave me a sense of assurance before stepping foot inside. Once we did, I could easily see why they are currently at 4.9 stars. George was amazing!! Not only was he accommodating, but he did everything he could to make sure we were well informed of the progress along the way and helped get our family of four out in less than the original three hours quoted. Not to mention, when there was additional items uncovered (that were not detrimental to the operation of our vehicle), we were advised to have it taken care of when we return. There were no high pressure tactics to get us to have more work done (than was truly needed). Simply because of that, if we had the extra time, I would've asked them do that maintenance as well!! The atmosphere was inviting and friendly. If we ever need work done again, and are in the area, 100% we'd intentionally go out of our way to visit them again. Top notch!

A scheduled oil change took 2.5 hours
