I was in a really bad spot for a couple months without my vehicle. Nobody could figure out how to fix it. Had to pay for a rental for two months finally found out the car was no longer going to run. Went onto Crown Buick’s website just viewing some cars, and the next day I received a phone call from Connor. We discussed my situation we discussed that I had a trade-in that was broken down amongst other things, and he still said hed find a way to work with me. So before even going to the dealership, my credit was run. Everything was already pretty much finalized and by the time I got there, my paperwork was already printed. I ended up with an amazing 2023 Buick encore that I absolutely love with reasonable payments and excellent customer service. Connor, Dustin, and the And the gentleman who finalized our paperwork, I apologize I did forgot his name lol Were absolutely amazing. After horrible car experiences in the past, I dreaded going to another car lot but after going to Buick, that dread is gone. I love my new car and I would recommend anyone to go see these guys. They are a great group of men!

Called the service department multiple times to have my Dash cam system installed. I ordered my cameras through my GMC app so, I wanted the device installed on my 2026 2500HD by the dealership. I left message after message and never recieved a call back. Its been 2 weeks and never got any communication whatsoever.
