Crown Buick and Jacquel Waller were the best when I had to get service done on my 2018 Enclave. Jay kept me updated on what was happening in the shop, checked the warranty for the parts I needed and even set up a rental car for me while they waited for parts. Two days later it was fixed and all I had to do was go pick my car up. Jay handled the return of the rental car too! He was awesome!! I won't go anywhere else for service.

I told him I was just looking , he asked what I liked and he took me to 2 vehicles, one was not a color I would like and not in my price range. he then took me to another that I loved and in my price range. we went for a test drive, it was great ! When we returned I met Tammy , she worked up a price I was comfortable with and arranged for me to take home all day Sun till noon on Mon. My husband accompanied me on Mon and we closed the deal. They treated us like were special and made us comfy while the did all the work. We left very satisfied, and will always do business with them.
