I am writing this because no one will return my calls & I keep getting pending charges from Hertz - the dealership's car loaner partner. As a first-time customer of Crown GMC Buick, this has been a terrible first impression. When a customer brings in a relatively new vehicle with a major warranty issue, spends an additional $1200 on maintenance and tires, and entrusts the dealership with both their vehicle and rental car arrangements, they should reasonably expect better communication, better follow-through, & a higher level of customer care. I recently relocated to St. Petersburg, and this experience has been a stark contrast to the level of service we have come to expect from GMC dealerships in VA.

Do not take your car here. These people are heartless and do not care anything about your vehicle. I recently visit crown Buick GMC in St. Petersburg for a car service. Spoke to John Grunden, which is a terrible person. By the way does not speak with people with respect, he assured me that my items and stuff inside of the vehicle were safe unfortunately that wasnt the case I came back to retrieve my vehicle. It was outside. They left it outside they did nothing for my truck to help it. $400 worth of tools were stolen out of the trunk. The service manager didnt Neil Thompson did absolutely nothing to help me as well no compensation they told me to file a police report which I did and now this particular places under investigation, if you like your vehicle and like your cars and your peace of mind, do not take it here they will xxxx on you have your stuff outside to get stolen and order. The staff members will thieve and ram shack your car.
