César Jiménez If u want to buy a car here read to understand my situation.Do not bye a car here and bye it somewhere else. I recently bought a 2021 GMC 2500. Although it looked strong and reliable, it came with several problems. There was a strange noise coming from the engine, noise in the brakes, and noise from the tires while driving. The battery was also leaking and had corrosion, which needed immediate attention. Even with these issues, I was still happy with the truck and was willing to fix the problems so it could run the way it should. I made an appointment with José Castillo to have my truck checked. I asked for a rental truck for free, but they told me I would have to wait for two weeks. Two days later, they called and said my truck was fixed. They told me the brakes just needed cleaning, the engine noise was normal, the tire noise was because the truck was in auto instead of 2WD, and the battery needed to be replaced. They said I had to pay half the price for the battery, so I paid $180. Two days later, I called again because the truck still had the same problems and the air filter light came on. I took the truck back, and they told me I needed to replace the air filter and charged me $50. While the truck was at the dealership, they opened the hood to check the filter, and I realized they had not replaced my battery. At that moment, I became very upset because I had already paid for a new battery two days earlier. I then realized that the mechanic was not professional and did not know what he was doing. I felt scared and no longer trusted them. The following month, I called again because I was still worried about the engine noise. I made another appointment and took the truck to a very experienced mechanic. He checked the truck just by listening to it and said everything sounded normal. At that point, I felt frustrated because it seemed like no one wanted to help me. I spoke with the manager, but he also refused to help. Long story short, I took my truck to Brandon Cadillac. After inspecting it, they told me the engine needed to be replaced, along with the brakes and the pitman arm. I was extremely upset because I bought a certified truck, but in reality, it was in very poor condition. I felt frustrated and betrayed. I filed a complaint with GM Corporation. They apologized for what happened and decided to help me. On January 13, 2026, they returned my truck to me in good condition with all the repairs completed. However, I still had to pay $1,500. If you are ever thinking about buying a car from Crown Buick GMC, I strongly advise you not to. I am begging you—don’t do it.

Car overheated while I was out of town. Had AAA tow vehicle to this dealership. Told hose with coolant leaking. Told I needed coolant outlet & heater hose replacement and new thermostat. Authorized all those to be replaced. Total Bill was $1,437. Over $1,000 was for labor. Have learned subsequently that outlet, hose replacement & thermostat changeout should have taken a short period of time- not the 4.6 hr of time I was billed for. This hour total does not reflect the time charged for the diagnosis. That was another hour @ $183.91 per hour. Drove the vehicle back home. Car is overheating again just a few days after returning home. Service advisor I worked with, Jose, was nice enough. However, am NOT happy that repairs I paid for totaling $1,437 did not do the job.

I bought a 2020 Certified pre-owned Buick Enclave with 53,000 miles from Boris and about 30 seconds after driving off the lot the power steering froze up. Could barely turn the wheel, putting myself and others in a potentially dangerous situation. I immediately drove it back to the lot and since it was 7:30 the doors were locked. Knocked on the door and someone took my keys and said they would send to service the next morning. Had to Uber home. Here we are over 2 weeks later and being told there is no ETA as the part needed is back ordered. So I am now paying for a car that Immediately went into the shop, and could potentially be there for up to 6 months, maybe longer. I asked for a refund given the situation but only offered an exchange for something the same price, which there happens to be nothing in inventory. I knew something was fishy with this dealership when about 8 months ago I came in to test drive a Mercedes but was told the manager had driven it home for the night…. All the way to Sarasota. I should’ve listened to my better instincts and avoided this dealership as it’s obvious they treat their used cars like garbage. I would avoid buying anything from this dealership if you can.

No pressure, smooth process. This was the least stressful car buying experience I've encountered. Went in to upgrade an older Yukon Denali for a new model for my wife. Ended up also trading in my truck for an amazing new Hummer EV as well as a new Yukon Denali. Boris was a pleasure to work with; very knowledgeable and professional. Harley, the General Manager was super laid back and very accommodating. Cole, the General Sales Manager was very fair with my trade in vehicles; an extremely fair value was given. Mark in Finance helped us close the deal, and we'll be loyal customers in the future. This type of service is an absolute premium value for customers; like I said, stress free. I highly recommend.

Dealing with Boris and his management staff was a pleasure and is what a car dealer should offer to customers but so many don't. Drew did a great job for us. It was fast which I like and got the truck we wanted. Love the truck so far everything was easy 5 star! Took it home that day and we still had to work out some paper work!
