CarfaxLia tried to rip me off for a second serpentine belt in 6 months. They actually succeeded until a good person working at Lia saw the terrible review and gave me a partial refund. 2 Stars on customer service (the service advisor that was assigned to me ignored and ghosted me after promising to call me about the warranty on their last serpentine replacement after a catastrophic failure - ZERO Stars for Hipolito, 4 stars to the customer service rep that saw the bad review and tried to make it at least better). This should never have gone to this level.

CarfaxI have been here since I moved to western mass one year ago. Although my car is a 2018 I like to go to dealerships for service so I know I am getting genuine Toyota parts. The people are nice but I am finding the dealership too expensive to keep going there so have researched area mechanics for most future care.

CarfaxI had my 2015 car serviced recently at Lia- I needed to have quite a few things maintained (fluids, etcregular scheduled maintenance things that all came up at once)- Lia followed up fixing my brakes, changing brake fluid, and addressing an oil cap leak quickly afterwards- It's a relief to have gotten in so quickly to have this addressed- Cassie is a good communicator; letting me know as maintaince issues come up- I do wish they'd bring back the color chart warning you about upcoming mainten

CarfaxThe Technician RYAN PAYNE from Lia Toyota of Wilbraham broke a Bolt on my Oil Pan Skid Plate & just left the rest of the Broken Bolt there I had to drill out the Piece & Fix it myself I contacted the Dealer & sent them pictures & messages of what happened & I never heard back from them , so that'll probably be my Last Time using Lia Toyota of Wilbraham for Service ever again
