I was shopping for a new car and went to dealerships all over the local area and because of the lack of new cars right now and not one dealer offered to assist me at all. Then I went to Lia Toyota of Wilbraham and Alek Godlew came over to ask if I needed help. He let me know they had no new cars available but asked what I was looking for and he happened to have a sold one on the lot, that I could at least look at. Since I liked the car, we ordered one and when it came in I was able to test drive it and decided I was going to go ahead and buy it. He was friendly and helpful and made the process easy.

I'm very happy with the excellent service I received at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham where I purchased my fourth Corolla. Especial thanks to Kelly King for solving a problem with my auto registration in only a few minutes, and to Riley Campbell for helping me receive two refunds I was owed by Toyota Motor Corporation (which I received in the mail after just a few days). Andre Bernatchez helped me to choose my vehicle. I was very happy with my previous Toyota dealer that served me for 20 years, but moving to this area made it necessary to find a new dealer. I'm glad I chose Lia Toyota of Wilbraham for both my purchase and service. Based on my experiences so far, all positive, I will certainly be recommending that dealership to others.
